Why Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is becoming one of the most popular yoga practices and is known as the Yoga of Awareness. This practice releases unwanted emotional energy, allowing creative space within ourselves, strengthening our immune, nervous and glandular systems.

In these classes you will experience movement, meditation, mantra and the powerful effects of the Gong. The Gong holds a vibrational frequency which has been used for healing for thousands of years. Classes are accessible to everyone and no prior yoga experience is needed. I bring character, commitment and joy in sharing with you the unique Technology of Kundalini Yoga.
I believe there is a uniqueness in every human being. Through a committed Kundalini Yoga practice we can experience the depth of our true nature, whilst we go through different states of being in our lives. I share these experiences so we have a tool box to open and use at any time, to maintain a fun and fulfilling life.

I am proud to say that through my commitment to Kundalini Yoga I have been able to look within and found the ability to help others.
