My experience and learning is ongoing. I am very passionate in sharing the practice of the Technology of Kundalini Yoga and continue to be an on going committed student.
I am passionate in connecting with nature, animals, growing my garden with herbs and vegetables. I love being creative in cooking, music and movement.
